We don’t cap the gallery or charge per image. If a room needs three angles to make sense, it gets three angles.

The Difference
We don’t use AI to edit your photos.
AI editing is faster and cheaper, and it changes the colours of the house. Grey floors come back orange. Black fixtures come back bronze. What we deliver is the house that’s actually there, shot and edited by hand.

How a shoot runs
Book your date
Two minutes online, or call 306-737-3400. About a week’s notice is the safe bet, and more is better in spring.
Get the home ready
Decluttered, lights on, blinds open, cars off the driveway. We send the full checklist when you book.
We shoot it
Usually thirty minutes to two hours depending on size. You don’t need to be there, though you’re welcome to be.
Delivery
Everything lands in your portal, sized and ready to post. Bad weather gets rescheduled at no charge.
